TERMS  We accept Visa and Mastercard. Prices listed (if listed) are cash F.O.B. our nursery. C.O.D. orders require a 25% deposit. Those with established credit we extend the usual 2% 10 days, net 30. Overdue accounts are subject to a 1.5% service charge, or 18% annum. No future business will occur if customer fails to pay service charges for overdue accounts. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders of less than $50 will not be accepted. Inquire about our volume discount program.

GUARANTEE  J.G. Akerboom Nurseries strives to produce top quality nursery stock which is healthy and true to name. However, we give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to description, productiveness, or any other matter of any nusery stock we sell. It is mutually agreed that our liability for any errors or other caused is strictly confined to replacement or refund not in any way to exceed the original purchase price.

CLAIMS  All claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of stock.

COLLECTION  Any accounts surrendered to collection will be responsibe for, in addition to balance, all collection precentages and or fees incurred. No future business will occur if customer fails to pay these fees until all accounts are paid 100% of the balance due.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING  All bare root stock is packed in poly-ethylene with spagnum moss, and bound in burlap. We do not use saw dusto or newspaper to pack our stock. We do not ship bare root stock in cardboard boxes. Grafted stock is shipped in specialty cardboard containers. Shippping is through UPS or other common carrier. All packaging and shipping charges are extra at cost.
